Co2 extraction technology is fairly new in the perfumery materials side and have been in place from past few years. The materials extracted using this technology is of the purest form.

We have been trying to find suppliers who use Co2 technology to extract Sandalwood oil, I became away of a supplier in India few years ago via a close contact in Mysore but I could never get my nose on to the sample. Recently I came across an Indonesian company that started producing Sandalwood oil using Co2 extraction. After several follow ups and a sample arrived and I was in a different world when I tried this Sandalwood Co2, I just love it.

Sandalwood Co2 is densely creamy, warm, old mature sandalwood logs, caramel, slight chocolaty, cedarwood, very slight orange pulp
