Aquilaria MalaccensisOud Philippines Agarwood Oil (Philippines)
oudy
base
Philippines oud was distilled from wild agarwood material collected by local farmers, then sorted and selected with the help of an experienced associate originally from India and now based in the Philippines. The distillation was carried out using traditional methods inspired by Indian artisanal practices.
In terms of aroma, the profile opens with dark, smoky citrus nuances. followed by soft musk and gentle sweetness. There are subtle earthy touches reminiscent of vetiver, along with light dried-fruit tones and a mild green facet that some perceive as unripe mango. Overall, it is balanced and approachable, without strong barnyard or animalic notes.
