Unlike many perfume-making experiences that rely on pre-made perfume oils, fragrance copies, or aromatherapy blends, Aromology uses genuine perfumery-grade raw materials, including essential oils, absolutes, aroma chemicals, isolates, and natural extracts used by professional perfumers worldwide.

Perfumery Workshop Cancellation Policy

Booking Confirmation

All workshop bookings are confirmed upon full payment. Due to limited seats and curated materials, each reservation is secured exclusively for the participant.

Cancellation by Participant

• More than 5 days before the workshop: Full refund or option to reschedule.


• 3–5 days before the workshop: 50% refund or one-time reschedule.


• Less than 72 hours before the workshop: No refund. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend the workshop without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Rescheduling

One reschedule is permitted per booking (subject to availability) if requested at least 3 days before the workshop date.

Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that the workshop is canceled by the organizer, participants will be offered:

• A full refund, or


• Priority booking for the next available session.

Transfer of Booking

Participants may transfer their booking to another person if notified at least 24 hours before the workshop.

Each workshop includes curated ingredients, professional materials, and pre-prepared workstations. As significant preparation takes place before every session, last-minute cancellations have a direct operational impact; therefore, the cancellation policy is strictly applied.
