Rosewood Essential Oil – Aniba rosaeodora – Brazilian biodiversity product – 100% Pure & Natural
Introducing the Brazilian biodiversity product rating and starting with my favourite Rosewood essential from this region.
Extracted from the wood of the large evergreen Aniba rosaeodora tree, native to the northwestern Amazon basin, the Rosewood essential oil is rich in the linalool compound. Historically, rosewood oil used to be the principal source of linalool before the synthetic version was mass produced for cheaper perfume making. Its use in perfume making, aromatherapy and skincare and beauty products makes it a very sough after product.
Our oil has been extracted from sustainably harvested Aniba rosaeodora trees bringing you a very precious and high quality material.
Blends beautifully with citruses, jasmine, ylang ylang, lavender, cinnamon and sandalwood.
